Cook and Line are the infamous pirate comedy double-act from smash-hit CBeebies' show, Swashbuckle, played by Richard David-Caine and Joseph Elliott. Now going into its fourth series, Swashbuckle remains one of the most popular shows on children's TV, winning a BAFTA for Best Children's Entertainment in 2015. Due to its incredible success, Cook and Line have been invited to star in numerous other projects including stand-out performances in three CBeebies Christmas shows (A Christmas Carol, Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland) all broadcast on BBC1, as well as cameos in Justin's House, heading the much anticipated CBeebies' A Midsummer Night's Dream (a co-production with the RSC), numerous appearances in the Swashbuckle Magazine (one of the highest selling magazines in the country for its demographic) and presenting links on the CBeebies channel. Swashbuckle is broadcast on BBC Worldwide and has a global fanbase. Any parent with a young child will be used to watching the hilarious slapstick antics of Joseph and Richard.

On the live-circuit, Cook and Line have their own show, full of fun songs and silly slapstick comedy; their energetic and interactive performances have been enjoyed by children of all ages nationwide. Previous appearances include British Summer Time Festival in Hyde Park, Liverpool Pirate Festival, Lollibop Festival, Christmas Lights switch-ons, Geronimo Festival, Jamie Oliver's Big Feastival and a residency at Alton Towers Resort in conjunction with BBC Worldwide. The pair have a unique comedy chemistry and are a massive draw to the many hundreds of thousands of Swashbuckle fans throughout the country.
