Debi Allen has over twenty years’ experience as an agent having worked at Billy Marsh Associates and Roger Hancock Ltd before spearheading RDF Management (for the RDF Group – now Zodiak). She set up DAA Management on April 1st 2009. She is currently one of the co-chairs of the PMA.
has worked as an agent for over ten years. He helped set up Unique Artistes before moving to Silverfox Artist Management where he worked for a number of years. Craig joined RDF Management in Jan 2004 and worked there for five years. In 2009 Craig joined Debi Allen Associates as a Senior Agent.
left University with a BA Joint Honours Degree in Arts Management and Theatre Studies in 2003. The following summer she went to RDF Management for two weeks work experience and five years later was still there as the assistant to Debi Allen. Within a few months of starting she had to learn the ropes pretty quickly when she covered Debi’s maternity leave and, because she did such a great job, she took a similar amount of time off in 2008 to travel the world. In 2007, Charlene began taking on RDF Management's first child actors. In 2009 Charlene helped Debi set up Debi Allen Associates and continued to work with Debi's clients whilst representing her own talented clients. In 2013 Charlene was made a company director of DAA.
graduated from the University of Leeds in 2010 with a BA Honours Degree in Performance Design. She then spent a very busy month in Edinburgh both working for The Invisible Dot Club and producing The Leeds Tealights, before joining the team at Debi Allen Associates in September where she took on the role of Debi and Charlene's assistant.
Vic is in her second decade of representing some of the UK's finest performers. Mentored by the likes of Vivienne Clore at Richard Stone, Vic then went onto Gordon & French before setting up the highly regarded RDF Management alongside Debi Allen in 2002, where she first managed her own list of clients. In 2009, Vic launched her company VM Talent where she continued to nurture and grow an accomplished list of actors and writers from both sides of the Atlantic. In October 2015 Vic took her company to DAA to re-join Debi and her team.
hails from sunny Brighton where he attended Brighton College. He then moved on to Brighton Film School where he graduated in Film Production. After taking some time out and travelling, he came to London to start his career as an acting agent. In 2015 he joined Waring & McKenna, where he learnt the ropes under Daphne Waring's guidance. Following that he then went on to assist Adam Leonard-Burns at RKA Talent. With the experience he has gained, he is very excited to be joining Vic Murray as her assistant.
graduated with a BA Honours Degree in Media and Film (please don't judge her) and has since worked in both post production and documentary production, eventually becoming a development researcher working on new formats for the BBC, C4 and Discovery. Following an epiphany on a bridge at Canary Wharf in early 2009, Becky decided to follow her dream of becoming an agent and learnt the ropes at Emptage Hallett before joining DAA where she began taking on clients in September 2010. Since then her list has grown to include award-winning comedians, established actors, writers and young graduates working across television, film and stage.
